The most common signs are:

Sleep

It’s not just how many hours of sleep you get - It’s WHEN you get your sleep: Switch your sleep cycle to getting sleep in the early night and wake up / work from the early morning. One typically needs 6-8 hours of sleep, but the 4 most critical hours to sleep according to Ayurveda, are between 10 Pm and 2 am. Try to get get to bed around 10 pm or the latest before midnight. If you need extra hours to work, it is much healthier to get up early morning like 5 am than to work into the late night.

Nutrition: Avoid stimulants

The 2 most common stimulants that weaken your adrenals and kidneys are coffee and sugar.

•  Try to minimize sugar kicks and try to keep it to 1 cup of coffee a day. Avoid relying on a 2nd or 3rd cup of coffee as a boost, as it actually weakens you if your adrenals are weak.

•  Add more B and C vitamins to your diet.

Lifestyle: Try to minimize noise and stimulation.

•  Try to reduce a state of constant "on alert” mode Some examples:
